Most sessions take place online via Zoom, which gives you flexibility and comfort without needing to travel. If you’re local, there may be additional options such as “walkandtalk” sessions, where we meet outdoors and work together in a more natural, relaxed setting. We can discuss what feels best for you.
The free call is your space to explore what you’re looking for and to get a feel for how I work. You can share your goals, questions, or concerns, and I can explain the different ways we might approach things. There’s no script — the session follows what you need. I may offer suggestions, outline possible next steps, or help you clarify what direction feels right. The aim is simply to give you clarity and confidence before you commit to anything.
I don’t offer group sessions that individuals can join on their own. However, if you already have a group ( for example colleagues, friends, or a community group) I can design and tailor sessions specifically for your needs. This allows the content to be more focused, relevant, and effective for everyone involved.
