How do I know which option is right for me?

Choosing the right option doesn’t need to feel overwhelming. In our initial conversation, we’ll talk through what you’re hoping to achieve, what support you feel you need, and what pace feels comfortable for you. From there, I can guide you toward the package that best fits your goals. You’re never locked in, many people start with a shorter option and expand once they feel clearer about what they want. The aim is to find something that supports you without pressure.

If you’re asking this question, you’re already further along than you think. Recognising that something isn’t working for the person you want to become is the first step toward change. You don’t need to have everything figured out or feel completely prepared. Change is often a series of small adjustments rather than one big leap. Sometimes the biggest step is simply reaching out or filling in the form, and that’s enough to begin.

Most sessions take place online via Zoom, which gives you flexibility and comfort without needing to travel. If you’re local, there may be additional options such as “walkandtalk” sessions, where we meet outdoors and work together in a more natural, relaxed setting. We can discuss what feels best for you.

The free call is your space to explore what you’re looking for and to get a feel for how I work. You can share your goals, questions, or concerns, and I can explain the different ways we might approach things. There’s no script — the session follows what you need. I may offer suggestions, outline possible next steps, or help you clarify what direction feels right. The aim is simply to give you clarity and confidence before you commit to anything.

I don’t offer group sessions that individuals can join on their own. However, if you already have a group ( for example colleagues, friends, or a community group) I can design and tailor sessions specifically for your needs. This allows the content to be more focused, relevant, and effective for everyone involved.
