My story? It’s messy, real, and probably sounds familiar.

I hit my 40s like a freight train – divorce, Type 1 diabetes diagnosis, complete overwhelm and then perimenopause snuck in while I was still figuring out the rest. Add in two serious injuries that derailed my fitness routine. On hitting 50 and suddenly feeling invisible at work despite having so much left to give, everything clicked.

I transformed my career from Police Inspector to Health Coach, turning my chaos into my calling. During my training, I realised my journey of piecing myself back together wasn’t unique, it was universal.

Women like you , lost in their own life storms, forgetting who they used to be.

A New Chapter

From Police Inspector to Health Coach

After 30 years in policing — rising to the rank of Inspector — I made the decision to step away and follow a completely different path. It wasn’t easy, and it wasn’t planned. But burnout, stress, and a growing disconnect from my own wellbeing made it clear that something had to change.

That experience taught me everything about resilience, reinvention, and what it really means to start over. Now I use that understanding to support other women through their own transitions — with honesty, compassion, and practical structure.
